Refund Policy
At Ballroom IQ, we value your commitment to your dance journey and aim to provide high-quality instruction with fairness and transparency. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any packages or enrolling in lessons.
1. General Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once payment has been made, unless under exceptional circumstances (see Section 4).
This applies to all services including private lessons, group classes, coaching, workshops, and performance packages.
2. Group Class Packages (10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 sessions)
Group packages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after that time will expire and are non-refundable.
These packages are non-transferable and non-refundable, regardless of changes in personal schedule, relocation, or disinterest.
Extensions may be considered for medical or family emergencies (see Section 4).
3. Private Lessons & Coaching
Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Lessons cancelled within 24 hours may be charged in full.
No refunds will be issued for missed or unused private lessons unless exceptional circumstances apply.
4. Exceptions for Serious Circumstances
Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:
Serious illness or medical emergencies (with supporting documentation)
Bereavement or family crises
Permanent physical injury that prevents continued participation
In such cases, a partial credit or pro-rated refund may be offered at the discretion of Ballroom IQ.
5. How to Request an Exception
To request a refund based on an exception, please contact us in writing within 14 days of the issue, including relevant documentation. All decisions will be made with compassion and fairness, but final discretion rests with Ballroom IQ.
