Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Ballroom IQ. By booking, purchasing, or attending any lessons, coaching sessions, performances, or related services provided by Adele Jang Don, Jang Don, or any affiliated instructors, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Bookings and Payments

 

All lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

 

Payment is required in full before or at the time of the scheduled lesson unless otherwise arranged.

 

Packages must be used within their validity period. Unused sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

 

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

 

Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability and must also follow the 24-hour policy.

 

In the event of instructor illness, emergency, or scheduling conflicts, Ballroom IQ will reschedule your session or provide a substitute teacher.

 

 

3. Refunds

 

All payments are final. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Ballroom IQ.

 

No refunds are given for missed classes, no-shows, or unused lessons within a package.

 

 

4. Conduct and Safety

 

Students are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times. Abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate dismissal without refund.

 

By participating, students affirm they are in good physical health and understand the physical nature of dance. You assume all responsibility for any injury or accident.

 

 

5. Media Release

 

Ballroom IQ may take photos or videos during lessons or performances for educational or promotional use. If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing before your session.

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All choreography, teaching material, exercises, and methods shared during lessons remain the intellectual property of Ballroom IQ and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

 

 

7. Liability Waiver

 

By enrolling in any Ballroom IQ program or lesson, you acknowledge and accept all inherent risks of physical activity. You release Ballroom IQ and its instructors from any claims arising from injuries, damages, or losses incurred while participating.

 

 

8. Privacy Policy

 

Any personal information collected will be used solely for communication, scheduling, and internal business purposes. We will not share your data without your consent.
